Standard Features
- Spray tank is round unpainted 304 stainless steel with mechanical agitation, vented 1/8 turn poly hinged lid and plastic basket filler strainer on 32” model and stainless wash basket on 36” models
- 500 gallon tank 1893 liter
- 600 gallon tank 2271 liter
- Fan options include
- 32” (.82 m) twelve blade variable pitch with inside air handling
- Note: requires tractor horsepower from 30-60 hp
- 36” (.92 m) sixteen blade variable pitch with straightening vanes
- Note: requires tractor horsepower from 40-75 hp
- 36” (.92 m) super-eight blade variable pitch with straightening vanes Note: requires tractor horsepower from 70-100 hp
- Centrifugal two stage pump operates at 70 gpm (265 lpm) at 160 psi (11 bar)
- Nozzle options below come with individual on/off valve and check valve on each one
- 32” fan 7 Spraying System single rollover ceramic
- 36” fan 10 Spraying System double rollover ceramic
- 36” super 10 Spraying System double rollover ceramic
- Constant velocity PTO shaft
- Remote manual left and right spray control valve standard (electric or hydraulic options available)
- Suction strainer mounted for easy access has cylindrical filter and built in check valve
- Two speed gearbox with neutral variable for 40-75 hp tractors
- 36” Super has single speed gearbox for 70-100 hp tractors
- Hitch is straight or tracking (see table below)
- Axle is 4-way adjustable height and width wise
- Stainless blower housings on all models
- Stainless steel manifolds
- Heavy duty jack stand
- Tank level sight gauge is mounted to front of tank
- One step per side
- Pressure gauge 0-1000 psi (0-69 bar) is mounted to front of tank
