The fan is a 36" (920mm) axial flow 8 bladed variable pitch fan, constructed of high strength fiberglass reinforced polyamide with die cast aluminum hub. The fan housing discharge has been enlarged and the straightening vane assembly redesigned to enhance air performance. Discharge vanes are made of heavy fiberglass. The fan guard has increased opening size to reduce plugging. Fan is coupled, via a centrifugal clutch, to a single speed gearbox. The 12 gauge stainless steel tank has stainless steel mechanical agitation. A water return feeds the stainless steel wash basket in the tank lid. All plumbing is non-corrosive. There are 4 strainer points on the sprayer: tank neck, suction strainer, inline strainer and nozzle strainer. There are 8 different wheel height settings on the 500 gallon model. The 1000 gallon model offers 3 different wheel height settings. Sight gauge is located on front of tank. 14L x 16.1 tires standard on 500 gallon model. 21.5 x 16.1L Softrack tires standard on 1000 gallon model. Pressure gauge is a 4" (.1M) oil filled, located on front of sprayer. Tractor HP requirements variable 70 to 100. Hydraulic controls standard on both 500 and 1000 gallon models. Nozzles - SuperSpray 500 - 10 per side, double rollover with check valves, ceramic discs and cores.

.Pump is 2-stage centrifugal, 100 GPM, 200 PSI capacity. Normal operating pressure, 160 PSI. 4-belt pump drive.

Unique turning hitch in conjunction with constant velocity PTO drive, keeps the sprayer tracking in the same tire tracks as the rear tractor tracks. Hitch attaches to the lower 3-point arms of tractor, and attaches via chain to the top link of tractor
