32" (820mm) 12-bladed polyamide, variable pitch fan with reverse flow. Air is drawn in just behind tank through louvered hoods over and around pump and gearbox compartment area. Blower housing galvanized, backplate stainless steel. Stainless steel straightening vanes included. Improved air handling system for better air distribution. Gearbox and pump area covered under stainless hoods. Stainless steel tank with stainless steel mechanical agitation (paddle type). Bertolini PA908 diaphragm pump, 24 gpm at 700 psi (91 lpm at 48 bar), coupled directly to gearbox. 2-speed gearbox with a neutral position. Plumbing is all non-corrosive, hose, brass fittings, stainless manifold. Filter points at tank neck, suction, and each nozzle. 4-way adjustable sprayer height, adjustable width axle. Walterscheid constant velocity PTO shaft. 7 Spraying Systems type double rollover nozzles per side with individual on/off valve and check valve on each nozzle. Ceramic disc and cores. Check valve allows manifold to stay full and not drip. Screw type jack. Tracking hitch.
