The fan is a 36" (920mm) axial flow 8 bladed constructed of high strength fiberglass reinforced polyamide with die cast aluminum hub. The entire fan housing has been enlarged and redesigned to enhance air performance. Includes new stainless steel straightening vanes. Discharge vanes have been placed to turn the air. Discharge vanes are made of heavy fiberglass. The fan guard has increased opening size to reduce plugging.

Stainless steel spray manifold includes 10 flipover valves per side. No. D5 disc and 25 nozzles on one end, No. D7 disc and 45 cores on other end, all ceramic with diaphragm check valves.

John Deere diesel model 4045T, Tier 2, 115 HP at 2500 RPM. Multi-function single LCD gauge with key and electric amp throttle located in stainless steel control box at operator. Includes oil pressure, water temperature, tachometer, ammeter, hour meter and many more. Standard 2 year engine warranty from John Deere. (Additional warranties available from John Deere.) Air filter service indicator under hood. Air filter includes paper element and safety element. Engine, located in front of spray tank, coupled to fan via centrifugal clutch and double universal drive. Clutch allows smooth startup and shutdown.

Tank's unique mechanical agitation system operates as long as engine is running. 2 stage centrifugal pump, Myers, 100 gpm (378 liter) at 200 PSI rated. Operates at 80 GPM (303 ltr) 160 psi (11 bar). Stainless steel chemical pre-mix basket in tank neck

Gauges located on sprayer front include: tachometer, hour meter, ammeter, oil pressure, water temperature and spray pressure. Air filter service indicator under hood. Start-stop switch on front of sprayer.

Unit is equipped with a dust and trash guard sufficient for operating in normal conditions. However, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in dusty conditions that the optional dust and trash guard be used (see option part number 8-5074).
