As the world demands stricter environmental protection compliance, engines are being required to meet stricter emission regulations.  Durand-Wayland, Inc. works closely with all our engine manufacturers to provide any useful information pertaining to Emissions Compliance to continue the development and awareness of Durand-Wayland and John Bean products.

Our current lineup of John Bean Sewer Jets, have all been recently upgraded to offer Tier IV emissions as either optional or standard equipment.  The John Bean 40gpm@2000psi jetter has the option of utilizing a Yanmar 83.5 hp Tier IV turbo diesel with electrical over hydraulic controls, in lieu of the standard John Deere 80 hp Tier III.  The John Bean 40gpm@3000psi jetter uses a Kubota 99 hp Tier IV turbo diesel as standard equipment, and the 18gpm@4000psi Bulldog series of jetters offer the Yanmar 67HP Tier IV as standard equipment as well.  With our pro-active approach to becoming Tier IV compliant on all trailer and truck jets, we are positioning ourselves above current environmental standards. 

With the help of our vast network of quality dealers, I have grown the John Bean Sewer Jet line exponentially over the past three years.  I will continue to work hard and dedicate my efforts to making us a dominant force in the sewer jet market.
